Her journey into tourism began in high school, where a love for travel and culture blossomed into a fulfilling career. Jeannette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism Management, complemented by years of hands-on experience and specialized training throughout East Africa. Over the years, she has designed and led immersive trips that celebrate the region’s breathtaking landscapes, rich biodiversity, and vibrant cultural heritage - ensuring travelers form lasting, meaningful connections with the people and places they visit.

Jeannette’s dedication to excellence has earned her widespread recognition. She was named Best Female Guide 2022 and awarded the title of Best Guide in Rwanda 2024, honors that reflect her high standards, exceptional service, and commitment to sustainable, community-focused tourism.
